Position : Customer Support Agent - German Speaking - Swakopmund

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent - German Speaking
Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with German-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer issues by offering appropriate solutions or escalating cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with other teams or clients as needed.
  • Task Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
    • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of service provided to clients aligns with company standards.
    • Regularly review and update process documentation to reflect current practices and improve efficiency.

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles, preferably within an international or outsourcing environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
    • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and company requirements.
