Position : Customer Support Agent - German Speaking - Swakopmund
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent - German Speaking
Responsibilities:

Client Communication:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with German-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by offering appropriate solutions or escalating cases to relevant departments when necessary.

Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with other teams or clients as needed.

Task Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure the quality of service provided to clients aligns with company standards.
- Regularly review and update process documentation to reflect current practices and improve efficiency.
