- I would be responsible for opening and closing, promoting the products everyday and ensuring that the premises was neat and tidy on a professional standard those were part of my responsibilities. We had monthly targets and thankfully my team and I were able to not only achieve but exceed that goal every single month for the time that I did work there. We were able to be that consistent as we made it a priority to work as team so we could achieve our main goals as a company and not necessarily our personnel goals. The privilege of doing the companies weekly and monthly banking were given to me to take care of, as well as putting in requests for more stock and other necessities. For all the stock take procedures they were all put in place and managed by myself and I would work "TEN HOUR" shifts for six days a week but never had a problem with it as I enjoy working and love everything to do with sales. That's a summary of time working for Fragrant House and all of my responsibilities.
