Position : Sales and Customer Service Representative - Windhoek
We are a dynamic and innovative company specialising in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge vehicle tracking systems. Our integrated solutions encompass PCB design, Android and iOS app development, web app development, and more. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable tracking system solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, write invoices, and manage statement generation.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Educate and inform potential clients about the capabilities of our vehicle tracking system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to acquire and maintain a solid understanding of our product offerings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Required profile for job ad : Sales and Customer Service Representative - Windhoek
- Minimum grade 12
- At least 30 years of age
- Non-smoker
- Must have Namibian ID (be Namibian national or PRP holder)
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential;
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including a good understanding of Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of our vehicle tracking system.
